Activities: Swingbridge Santa Special 2024

I just wanted to thank all involved for a lovely experience on the Swingbridge Santa Special today. You made it fun and exciting for the children and the adults. and the frosted surroundings made it a memorable outing. Santa and the elves kept us entertained, the hot chocolate and mulled wine were just what we needed. Five stars!

Tickets are now on sale for the celebrated Swingbridge Santa! Each child will receive refreshments and an age appropriate gift, while adults can enjoy mince pies and a glass of mulled wine on the way. Running on weekends throughout December and in the holidays, tickets are £12.75 each or £46 for a family of four.

All profits raised will support our work enabling local people affected by low skills, poor educational achievement, limited opportunities, and tough financial circumstances.

Please note:

• Children over the age of one legally have to be allocated a space and will be charged at full rate. Children under the age of one will not be charged but must be held by a parent/carer at all times and will still need to have a place booked.
• If you require a seat for someone in a wheelchair, please call the box office on 01483 501200.
• Swingbridge Tranquility is equipped with an all-weather canopy and can cruise in all weathers. However, trips are subject to river conditions. In the event of the river being closed we will offer ticket holders the opportunity to meet Santa on-board at Dapdune Wharf. Ticket holders will be notified as early as possible of cancelled departures.
• Please not that there is a very limited storage space for buggies and prams.
• The children’s behaviour and safety is the responsibility of their parent or carer. No refund will be offered should customers be running late and the boat has departed on time.
